There’s nothing wrong with the beeches. They’re beautiful. Now some of the people that frequent those beeches may be trashy, but the beeches are just fine.

First off, I am no beach expert, but I will grade beaches that I have been to on a number of factors on a 1-5 scale:

Water Quality
Sand Quality
Wave Action
Accessibility
Proximity to me
Water Temperature
Safety
Resourcefulness

Let’s start:

Grand Isle
Water Quality - 2
Sand Quality - 4
Wave Action - 3
Accessibility - 3
Proximity to me - 5
Water Temperature - 4
Safety - 4
Resourcefulness - 5
Average 3.75

Mississippi Gulf Coast
Water Quality - 1
Sand Quality - 3
Wave Action - 1
Accessibility - 5
Proximity to me - 4
Water Temperature - 4
Safety - 4
Resourcefulness - 2
Average: 3

Eastern Alabama/Northwest Florida Beaches
Water Quality - 5
Sand Quality - 5
Wave Action - 4
Accessibility - 3
Proximity to me - 3
Water Temperature - 4
Safety - 4
Resourcefulness - 2
Average - 3.75

Note: need to travel more to see more beaches.

Only thing that would give it a run for the money is if lafayette had a beach on the vermilion.

Navarre beach is my absolute favorite place to be. But I never realized it was trashy until this thread.
Clean white sand, emerald waters, the wife and kids just relaxing. I didn’t know I was trash

You know its trashy when the women are wearing stripper shoes and awful club dresses to the beach. And more jorts than a Florida game

People in Spain make fun like this of Malaga and Torremolinos, they are overrun with Redneck Riviera types from the British Isles.

Glad to see no mention of SPI otherwise a Sonic appointment would’ve been necessary.

to be clear you're calling it a tie between Grand Isle and NW FL

This might be a bigger troll than the OP

Alabama beaches are nice. When the louisiana trashballs show up it sucks. Looks tmlike they are trying to open up private beaches on the first.

Spin off thread but in thinking about it they might be.

From California to France to Italy to Brazil and all all points in between, I can't think of any trashier. Even the Jersey Shore, while pretty trashy, doesn't quite reach the depths of a Pensacola or Destin.

Clearly you’ve never been to Venice Beach or Santa Monica Beach.

Agreed. I see he's from Lafourche Parish so hopefully that explains why he has a hard on for Grand Isle.

To be clear, in terms of beaches: Grand Isle <<< MS Coast <<<<<<<<<<<<<< NW FL
