Are fist fights at school becoming a rarity?

I asked my son who is a senior if he ever saw a fight at school in his 12 years and he said no. He’s attended Catholic schools 1 thru 8 and a private high school.

When I was in high school, you could bet to see a fight pretty much everyday. I wish I was kidding. It got so bad we had to get an extra SRO to break up the fights and control the students.
