They're very good for you, anyone who tells you otherwise is a vegan or a moron..

I eat 3 to 5 daily and if you can get fresh ones even better

I eat 6 boiled eggs a morning. Contrary to popular belief it hasn’t affected my cholesterol at all

Eggs are the best thing out there. Eat as many as you want and yes the yolk too

Egg yolks are probably the single healthiest food item everyone has easy access too.

Not all cholesterol is bad.

You could eat nothing but farm fresh eggs and that would be better than 99% of Americans’ diets.

I thought we established that HDL and dietary cholesterol are not the same? Maybe correlated but you can’t look at the dietary cholesterol and assume that’s going to add to cholesterol in your system.

Anecdotally, I have gone between eating as many as five eggs a day to basically none over the past 8 years and my HDL number has been roughly the same for that stretch.

Eggs and real butter are both very good for you. So is a fatty ribeye.

I watched a Netflix documentary, and the takeaway was that every protein you eat is trying to kill you except for beans.

I'm not trying to replace the toilet every 6 months.
