I’ve often joked that once AI sex dolls are perfected, women are doomed. But there is a twinge of truth to that.

But in all honesty the blame lies almost purely at the feet of social media and the like. It has created insanely lofty requirements by most people (women especially, but men as well to a degree). It has made fake pie-in-the-sky bullshite a must for a lot of women.

That being said though, there are still some good ones out there. You just have to weed through the idiocy to find one. Also the older girls get and the more single and alone they become, their expectations will have to come back down to earth a bit if they ever want to settle down. So the market will correct itself, so to speak. But it will take a while, and you have to hope young people aren’t ruined because of it.

I absolutely do not envy normal, single people trying to date these days. It sounds exhausting and incredibly difficult dealing with the vanity of the younger generation.

Does AI ever get headaches?

You liking sci-fi and anime has nothing to do with you not being in top 20% of men. You believing that there is a top 20% of men has to do with you not being in the top 20% of men.

Seeing dating as a market is such a fricked up thought. It's not. I'm not saying that people don't have choices, but looking at it that way implies a value on a person. It's just not the way people who aren't psychopaths see the world, and if you buy into it being someone with empathy, of course you'll see yourself than less than.

Dating is based on attraction. Point blank period. Do you like this person? Yes? Go from there. That's it. No analysis of family, no analysis of wealth, no analysis of anything but "Do I like them and do I feel good being around them?"

Also, I know you don't mean it this way but the statement of men have needs, while truthful, disregards the fact that the women in your scenario also have needs. We all have needs.

If you want a love life and a girlfriend, there are things you can do. Take care of yourself, do things you love, socialize, and as long as you aren't treating women like shite or being a pervert while smelling like arse, things will eventually work.

Ditch this attitude about a hierarchy. I'm sure you're a great person and it seems like you're close to subscribing to a cult of thought that's antithetical to being involved romantically with a person you like.

Your home and your inheritance are deemed seperate property as long as you don't mix the money with joint accounts.
Everything acquired after marriage however will be split 50/50 in case of divorce in Louisiana unless you have a prenup....get a prenup.

Right!?!?! Women also have homes and inheritance. Maybe she doesn't want to share with you either. And there are absolutely geeky cute girls who like anime/larp/star trek whatever.

nd start faking an injury so you don't end up morning or mowing

don't talk to pretty girls it will freak them out wait and let one of the fat ones start a conversation with you and don't start up about sex or looking at their tittes for a while

and practice good hygiene

I’m sure there are plenty of chicks that have these hobbies and interests. But the same rules apply for whatever part of society you fit in, you don’t have to be in the “top 20% of all dudes” just the perceived top 20% within that social circle you fit most comfortably in.

Work on areas to improve yourself that you can control, develop skills, and build your own confidence. Just be an “alpha” amongst the nerds, a fun dude at Comic-Con and the weird nerdy/freak chicks will come later.

Also, once you hit the mid 30s your dating range opens up a ton. [5 years up and 10 years down], just learn to not be weird, don’t smell funny, and you’ll be alright.

Getting out of the house and “doing” is the first step. Staying on the internet all day won’t get you anywhere.
