I didn’t know there were such a thing but recently stumbled upon some pictures and it really looks like it’d be a great way to spend a weekend. Combines war games and camping.

Anyone here ever done one of these?

I did not know any such reenactments existed for Vietnam. In order to make it as real as possible, I think you would need to smoke before during and after. Unfortunately, I am drug tested at work and therefore couldn't partake.

I do want some of that tigerstripe camo, thought!

Why would you want to play GI Joe in the woods?

Judging by the neck tattoo, I think he's at the wrong war re-enactment

Was just going to comment not much up for speculation with the meaning of that tattoo.

I think I'd actually enjoy a Hanoi Hilton re-enactment better than trudging around the woods with those balljacks

Nazis fleeing to Argentina got all the press, but a surprising amount fled to Vietnam and just melted into the jungle. Some say you can still hear them to this day...
