Not just 10day on weather.com. I'm talking about some basement dweller weather nerd predictions on when we will catch a break soon.

I keep getting random reels by weather forecasters predicting some sort of cool down next week or week 1 of September. May just be wishcastting by "the models". I'd expect some relief around October.

September is always balls arse hot. Just slightly not as hot as August.

Well, amazingly, the weather forecasters are actually getting it correct lately. Been the worst year for weather forecasting that I've ever seen.

Baw it’s mid August. We got at least another 1.5-2 months of this.

The swimming pool is too hot to use now, but I fully expect it to be still warm enough to swim until Thanksgiving.

I agree that it is Summer and that we will have another 1.5 months of Summer, however, allow me to retort:

What is making Summer worse is the fact that we are having no cloudy, rainy days at all. A cloudy day every 10 days would break the monotony but we aren't getting that. A rainy day every 10 days would help.

But what we are getting is a straight line of sunny hot days.

For the last 10 years we get a cool front come through sometime during teal season. This year it's 9/19 - 9/27.

No hurricanes. Stop your crying. If the heat bothers you try being less fat

Every year around this time I question living in Louisiana, or the south. It's miserable. I don't mind the heat in spurts but it seems like at least half the year we have it.

Lemme see if I can get a YouTube weather expert to opine on that.

Could be worse. Could be having hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, deaths, wildfires. Just enjoy the AC.

We are supposedly going to have a very cold and wet winter.

Which seems impossible right now.

Meteorologist are losing minds right now. Why is there nothing in Atlantic or Gulf? We are supposed to be scaring people, and making people freak out but this damn El Niño thing is in the way.
