You prune muscadines in the early spring before the vines start to bud. Leve branches ever y3 or 4 inches on the main vine and only leave 2 or 3 nodes per banch. Isons Nursery has great Youtube videos on pruning.

Don't get a .22. The rnge is too great. It might not be leagle. Get a shotgun, 20 ga on up, with hi powered 6's. Slip in 30 min before legal and start slow creeping

The question is, if possible financially, do you think it's best that you stay home and raise the kids and be a housewife. Mine said yes and we were able. We did not have 2 brand new cars, but we raised our own kids, not some day care.

Had Beagles most of my life. Averaged 1.1 shells per rabbit. If you were from the Jeanerette area and hunted behind a dog named Darby's Jack in the 70's (aka Jack) , you know the dog I'm talking about....

Anyone planting cucumbers in a raised bed or have little space. Check out Park Seed's spacemaster cucumber. Vines only grow 3 feet , so no need to trellis. Good for pickling or eating in salads. I have been growing them for years and then ever disappoint....

Most corn can be spaced 10 inches apart. Super heavy nitrogen feeder. In addition you need to hill the dirt around the plant as it grows. Corn is alot of work, but macque choux is worth it. If you don't want the seedlings to get leggy (and you don't), the light needs to be an inch above the seedlings. Also, as warm as it has been, the seedlings will be much better off in full sun after germination....
