frick Woods and his bullshite.
They read the tripe on the net that presents a lot of conclusions about the case that aren't supported by all the reviews of his case. For example, numerous witnesses disputed his claim that he was sprayed with pepper spray. He drew pictures of the shooting that depicted him shooting. He wrote lyrics describing himself as someone who shot and killed the officers.
You can debate whether the death penalty should apply to him. It seems pretty clear that there is evidence to support the conviction for the crime.

Numerous courts have also reviewed his case. You can reach your own conclusion by reading the cases, here's a link to one. You may still agree with what the activists say, but at least you aren't basing your opinion on whatever internet b.s. you read.
No way dude it’s way easier to just read headlines and make your assumptions from them while completely ignoring WHERE/WHO they came from, all the while completely disregarding the facts and evidence provided and entrenching yourself on the wrong side of the argument just because you’re too lazy to be a little more educated before being so opinionated
That sentence was longer than nathanial woods’ sentence

Supreme Court just issued a stay of execution.
It expires at 11:59

This. I just disagree with death in a felony murder case.

Likely innocent, not like it matters, three dead cops they are lucky they didn’t just kill every crack head within 4 blocks like they did in Memphis

All these people proclaiming his innocence are believers of the fake news propaganda. He didn't pull the trigger, but he was a knowing and willing accomplice in luring and murdering the 3 police officers. Read the actual appeal transcripts then get back to me.

If he didn't pull the trigger and is still executed, we have failed as a country. Absolutely disgusting

Spot on. There are several posters on here that are known to do this, and NEVER back down, faced with facts (not looking at you, LNCHBOX, lol). Mouton and Caterpillar never struck me as those. I'm surprised to see it, they're both pretty solid posters.
I’ve had similar exchanges with a few of the posters in this thread. Most of the ones saying he shouldn’t get the death penalty, simply don’t believe in the death penalty. Don’t be fooled.

This is where I fall on the issue. From everything I read, it certainly seems like Woods was rightly convicted. I just don't think the state should have the power to execute citizens.

I think it is a perfectly fitting punishment for causing the death of other citizens. Of course, I think it is also a perfectly fitting punishment for pedophilia.

Well, thugs used their "right" to execute innocent police officers.

It's called felony murder in most jurisdictions, and Alabama isn't the only state that has a felony murder statute.
It's the only state I know of where it is a capital offense, however.

Not going to comment on the case as I don’t know enough about it. But it is funny to see the bootlickers calling people out about having opinions before all the facts come out or just reading a headline. Just like politics, you’re all fricking hypocrites

I always find it fascinating when small government conservatives suddenly have boundless faith in the government they hold such contempt for.
It is like they suddenly think government is perfect and will get it right every time. If they dont get it right every time what is an acceptable ratio? How many guilty swinging men are equal to an innocent one?

Yeah, I don't trust politicians and bureaucrats, republican or democrat, enough to be comfortable with the state having that power.
