Pull the trigger. Set to be executed in Alabama tonight in the murder of three police officers. From what I understand the cops raided a crack house he was in with a relative. His relative who is currently on death row as well killed three of the cops. Woods did not fire a shot and was not found with a weapon. His relative has confessed and said Woods was not involved. There has to be more to this story right??

In every situation in the history of ever, if something were done differently there would have been a different result.

So, smoking crack deserves a death sentence?

Pissed off cops and a corrupt justice system. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, you probably just got fricked.

I did a lot of drugs when I was young and put myself in a lot of really bad situations. Luckily I put that life behind me at a young age and consider myself a pretty productive member of society. If in one of these bad situations I had put myself in had the cops bust in and someone in the house shot and killed a cop should I be currently sitting on death row waiting to be executed tonight?

It isn't just about sympathy for the man. It is about identifying ridiculous injustice in our legal system and with law enforcement. You're the type of person that is ok with Civil Asset Forfeiture because the people are "likely up to no good anyway".

I don't know much about this case, but if he's on death row and didn't kill anyone or fire a shot, then I'm not sure how someone can accept our justice system doing that.

Give them an inch and they'll take a mile.

Yeah, in college I went to some seedy houses to procure party supplies.

That is crazy to think a guy with no gun that fired no shots and didn't hurt anyone is on death row.

I assume it is because of the law that "a death while committing a felony is murder". But if this guy was a rich white kid over there buying drugs when this went down, he'd already be out.

There better be.

If not, this is the perfect argument for liberal criminal justice reformers to sink their teeth in.

Overzealous District Attorney's need to understand the blow back for their decisions nationally. Social media and the 24 hours news cycle are far reaching. If an encounter in Baton Rouge with an armed suspect can turn into an international debate on race relations, what makes any town in any state any different?

If he didn't pull the trigger and is still executed, we have failed as a country. Absolutely disgusting.

I would call out the people who think he should be executed but we all know who they are.

Total bullshite.

Seems like an overreaching use by the state to end someone’s life. Damn

Iit is the same people who constantly start “trashy” threads. They are so fricking insecure they constantly have to try and find ways they are better than other people . It’s sad and pathetic.
