We have so many obligations and celebrations that I can't get a single things accomplished around the house. Gonna have to embrace the ridiculous amount of weeds from the non stop rains and inability to devote time to my home.
I just wanna stay home. Soccer practice, games, daughter's dance and choir practice and recitals and 2 daughters birthdays and my birthday and mother's Day and my fil graduating college at 70 years old and end of school activities, 23yo daughter needing help moving to a new apartment and field trips and out of town visitors...
I'm tired, boss.

Sounds like you have Low-T, you’re a beta or both.
If you can’t muster up enough energy to celebrate a birthday and pull some weeds, you’re soft son

I've had a thing every weekend since before Mardi Gras.
I hate festival season.

These are the things in life that one day you'll miss when they're gone. Be thankful that you have those things to do and don't take a single one of those moments for granted.

I'm trying to get audited financials out, things are backing up in my house, and I'm just flat burned out. Every organization wants volunteering or something else at all times, and when you say no everyone acts like you're the a-hole.

You're making me look bad

Yes I can probably find time to get this shite done if I would quit whining to the OT.

It was supposed to be an easy Saturday, then the dreaded words “hey look, mulch is $2 a bag…”

I'm tired, boss.
i have a graduating HS senior that my wife is going a bit overboard on, but yes, I am experiencing this to the max I'm just ready for it to be over. My office is filled with graduation stuff so much that I had to rearrange my desk position to move all the crap behind me out of the way when i'm on camera. I had to attend 3 separate "senior" things last week which were mostly all a repeat of each other.
mother's day was a nice respite. just church, came home and made lunch, and went to a movie.
I'm mowing about every 5.5 days and I can't seem to keep it down. We have 13 people in this weekend for graduation, so I'm just waiting till the day before everybody gets here.
ironically, I normally have a conference on South Padre Island every year this week that I'm skipping because of everything. For the first time, I'd selfishly rather be there till the day before graduation. not that i don't want to be with my family, I just hate the spring busyness in general. Fortunately me NOT going to that lets me stay home with the family while most of leadership is there not creating extra work for me and i get to do my actual job.
