I like the bald guy with suspenders. His channel is called chiropractic medicine. His video descriptions are GOAT
“Dr.” Binder is one of the THOT Whispering Chiro goats along with Benedetti from Italy. And yea. Pretty sure he trips balks when he writes those.
They’re mostly all full of shite, but damn do they pull some arse for these videos. All of them “models” with fricked up backs.
Making that living off dumb broads.

Look up Brenda Mondragon. You'll enjoy those videos.
That bitch is insane and one of the more dangerous frauds. That is NOT how you do IASTM, which isn’t even backed by research as a meaningful treatment.

This guy is a Orthopod and Neurosurgeon's nightmare to watch.
ER doctors too. Carotid/vertebral artery dissections aren’t an uncommon occurrence with these adjustments.

I once had an Ortho surgeon tell me if I went to a chiropractor he would drop me as a patient. He was dead serious, too.

My primary doctor has basically told me the same thing.

The OT loves to shite on chiropractors.
I will tell you what I tell everyone, find a good chiropractor that you can trust and knows both the scope and limits of his/her care and it will be one of the best things you've ever done.
Our family had a longtime chiropractor who ended up being a great family friend. He took over the practice of my Pops' original chiropractor when he retired. My Pops was scheduled for a back surgery that would have changed his way of living forever. Three days before the surgery he went to the original chiropractor for the first time. Immediately after the first adjustment, which was just a basic one because he hadn't done X-Rays or anything, Pops felt better than he had in years. He called the next day and canceled the surgery, and went back to the doc then next day. My Pops didn't have a back surgery until nearly 30 years later, and that was only for a bone spur on his sciatic nerve.
Find a good chiropractor, and they can and will help you.

Physical therapists have their problems, too. A lot of them are far too conservative depending on the situation.

Dude, you're exactly right. While there are a bunch of chiropractors that are ineffective, a good one can work wonders. I had a pinched nerve in my neck a couple years ago, had shooting pain all down my arm. Wouldn't go away, didn't know what was going on. I was just about to go to a hospital or something, then my wife put some biofreeze and a warm compress on the back of my neck and I felt some relief that night, relief enough to get a little sleep. So I went to my chiropractor the next day, got an adjustment, some deep tissue massage, and some UT and TENS on my neck and collar bone area and felt a lot better. Did two sessions of neck traction, and never looked back since. An MD would have wanted to cut me wide open for that. A little therapy from the Chiropractor and got full relief.
I'd recommend Dr. Kathy at Get Off My Nerves anytime.

There are definitely some good chiropractors out there, but there’s lot of terrible ones that are capable of doing real damage. Also there’s a group of chiros that believe alignment can fix everything including cancer and other severe disease which is just idiotic
