I think what made the OT great was unfiltered thoughts, comedy and irreverent humor. Now everyone is too afraid their post history will get doxxed at some point and they will get fired. Or worse. Ask Judge about that.

The busiest room is usually legends. It has had multiple shootings either in the parking lot or people shooting the room up.

For me it went something like this:
Younger and ambitious-> want to meet people and conquer the world
Middle age-> Have financial success. Most people just want something from me. Hard to trust "new friends." Usually get a sales pitch in some form within 48hrs. Grumpiness begins.

Honest assessment: post covid the games have been good.
The competition level at casino games vs home games is night and day harder.
You can win or lose any given night due to card distribution but if he isn't experienced and/or hasn't played in a casino 9/10 times he won't leave with $.
