The workers say that so they don't have to keep cleaning it.

Better question is whether or not the meat in the chili is really left over meat from the grill when they make burgers..

I worked for Performance Food Group. We delivered to Wendys. Hamburger patties were kept in the cooler between 32 and 36 degrees and not frozen.

Fries, nuggets, chicken patties all frozen.

Chili is made fresh daily in store with hamburger patty meat that was left on the line too long.

This is the right answer.

Wendy's used to have the best burgers like 25-30 years ago... bigger and tons of grease... it would drip down all over the place.... they should have never changed this....
