Anybody here ever work at Wendy's ?

Just look up the technical terms of it. "Frozen" per the FDA is something like 34 degrees or colder for X many hours. They keep it at 35 degrees for X many hours so it's technically classified as "never frozen".

I worked for Performance Food Group. We delivered to Wendys. Hamburger patties were kept in the cooler between 32 and 36 degrees and not frozen.
Fries, nuggets, chicken patties all frozen.
Chili is made fresh daily in store with hamburger patty meat that was left on the line too long.

Wendy's used to have the best burgers like 25-30 years ago... bigger and tons of grease... it would drip down all over the place.... they should have never changed this....
