I know they aren't making more but like I had a buddy boight 6 acres in Jarreau for under 60k a few months back so I know they still got deals but just coming across them lol

Yea I do I'm saying that's the best price I have found in st francisville

16 acres with 200 plus ft of road frontage. You could build a road to the back and sell two thirds, recouping your money.

Keep in mind it has been for sale a little over 3 months and has not sold. They are asking a lot for it and may be willing to come down since it is not selling.

I have some ocean front property in St Francisville, $25,000 an acre. From my front porch you can see the sea.

Unfortunately unless you have a lot of money to spend it will take a while to find the right deal in W.Feliciana parish. People are paying the rediculiusprices so it’s only going to maintain or go up.
