Take a ride up Highway 55 East in Ethel. There are a lot of nice 9-12 acre tracks for sale and a few nice houses being built. No idea what they are asking.

Yea I saw that, they want like 120k if I'm not mistaken, it's hard to find land for a decent price these days... Even in shitty areas

If you're interested moving to Covington I can help you out.
That old money between St. Francisville and Natchez should be running out soon so just drive around there and see if you can find any FSBO signs.

Seems reasonable

St francisville for the most part is still high as giraffe p*ssy, it sucks that if you aren't buying a large 10 plus acre lot you aren't going to get it for no less than 30+ thousand an acre and that's on the low end these days from what I'm seeing online....
Covington is a heck of a drive to work man. It I appreciate it, it is a nice place out there tho

I know a family of Muslims who disowned their son and they are now selling the 4 acres of land they gave him. They live in Walker.

If you think this is high then you just don't have a realistic idea of what land costs are.
