As per MLS, there are currently 22 acreage listings in WF parish.

Problem is, it'll be a 7 acre parcel where 1 or 2 is useable and the rest is a ravine.

I haven`t been there in a long time. Family land. I think $55,000. Not Ravines
Family member just told me that there are two lots connected that are for sale as well. One is the same price. All family owned.
