What were your symptoms?

Mine started off like hip pain yesterday. Now it's in my back, my right flank, and down into my groin. Pretty bad.

My appendix is gone, so it's not that.

I drink 8 glasses of water everyday in fear of ever getting a kidney stone.

Go to the ER!

I had em last year, hoe lee shite, it went from uncomfortable to non stop pain. Felt like someone was pulling on my nut sack and like I had been kicked in the kidneys by a horse.

Black Cherry Juice concentrate is your friend.

Good Luck.

Incredible pain on one flank. Dry heaving from pain. Hard to pee.

If it's to your groin, it's almost to the bladder. Which is great news. Pissing it out is the easy part.

No vomiting. Vague feeling of a stomach ache though.

The vomiting, for me, was from the pain. Just from an acute pain perspective, I'd rather break a bone.

My first one started with this odd discomfort/slight pain in my dick. It just hurt and it couldn’t point to what it was or where it was coming from. Things just didn’t feel right.

Went to doc that day and he said potential bladder infection.

Next morning at 7 am my wife is driving me to the hospital because I can’t stand up straight and cannot speak except through grunts.

Passed it 2 days later after about 4 more episodes of excruciating pain that felt like I was dying.

Get in the shower with the water as hot as you can take it spraying on your lower back, then go lay on a heating pad. I get them about every six months, hot shower and heating pad will help till you can get to the dr. They will give you toroidal and flowmax to help you pass it If is small enough. If not they will send you to a urologist..

I’ve had several (one was really big and I went into hydronephrosis). The pain is unmistakable and I’ve had my appendix out and given birth to 2 children. It’s by far the worst pain imaginable. If you you think you are passing one then go to the ER and get meds.

Had them two different times. I can tolerate pain very well but these two times I went to ER. Hurt like a mf'er.

Get flowmax and drink liquids like crazy until it passes. It is miserable.

I’ve had four. 2 times it was a motherfricking dick biting whore of a meth bitch with the hep and fiery shits. 1 time just a motherfricker. Last time was quick but sat in my ladder for 2 weeks not wanting to exit and being in discomfort the whole time.

I guess I’m just a lucky guy.

Soreness in my lower back. Couldn't find a comfortable position to sit or lie down.
Then, nausea and faintness. Didn't know whether I was going to throw up or pass out.
Accompanied by incredible pain, as if someone were stabbing me in the back every few seconds. Sweat on my forehead, hand were cold.
All of this within an hour of waking up on New Year's Day, 2007

Twice in 4 months. Sounds like you have them. It took 4 shots of pain meds via IV just to dull the pain once it got bad... Buy Dark cherry concentrate ASAP, best thing I ever did for mine. Passed it an hour after drinking it. Worst pain I've ever felt by far.
