Any pharmacists on here? Are there pain inducing drugs?

It seems the whole goal is pain relief. But the problem happens that being high becomes the normal and so then you need to take pain relief just to feel normal. Just need your fix.
Well, why don't we try pain-inducing drugs, and after constantly feeling the pain, getting off the drug makes you feel great.
Imagine a 30 year old man feeling what an 80-year-old with arthritis feels for 2-3 days straight, then suddenly when the drug subsides, the 30 year old feels like Jordan in his prime.
If it works one way why can't it work the other?

But you need those to feel good when you're addicted. If you're depressed, instead of taking pills that make you feel great take pills and make you feel worse.
It's like those Muslim guys that beat themselves silly with the whip, or starve themselves for a month..... shite after your pilgrimage or the month is over, The rest of the year is not so bad.
I guess that pill might be called exercise though.

If you're depressed, how is taking more pills going to help
You will go deeper into depression and never get out

This reads like a Cosmo Kramer business idea. Do you need an intern?

Because people hate pain and discomfort. Say they take it to give pain, they get uncomfortable and you expect them to
1. take it again
or
2. not take something for that pain to go away
negative feedback loops, if i touch the hot stove. i won't touch it again.

Go ahead and give strychnine a try. It supposedly results in the most painful convulsions possible.

Don't want any permanent damage, I seem to remember there was some kind of KGB torture drug which it made it feel like your skin was on a fire but you actually were fine.
