You do not have to do any of these. You can just use the damn machines. The only thing required is getting your arse to the gym and working out several days a week.

Incorrect.

Guy at work had testicular cancer and had to have both his boys removed. He goes every other week for injections. Toward the end of the two weeks he’s noticiblely slower. If your T level is low and nothing else has worked I’d highly recommend it.

Believe he goes to the Urologist for it. If you’re in BR go see Stephen Vick.

and your stats are way wrong:

Birth Rate

Death Rate

• 19 births/1,000 population • 8 deaths/1,000 population
• 131.4 million births per year • 55.3 million people die each year
• 360,000 births per day • 151,600 people die each day
• 15,000 births each hour • 6,316 people die each hour

Your reading comprehension sucks. You proved one of his two assertions --- "men die every day." You whiffed on the other --- "and suffer from untreated medical issues by the millions."

Millions of medical issues, not deaths.

I'm on it in my 30s. It's sad. I've been dropping weight, getting in shape, and getting injections.

We are trying to have kids.

My dad's side of the family has male fertility issues. My father takes these injections.

We are still believing the Lord for a family.

1). Resistance training + diet
2). Supplement Vitamin D or get plenty of sun; recent studies have shown deficiency can reduce free testosterone.
3). Supplement with a vitamin K complex.

shite made all the difference for me. I’m 36. My test was 367 before I started working out. I supplemented vitamin d3 10,000 units a day + vitamin k complex and a multivitamin with zinc + magnesium + pushups/dumbbells only EOD and my test shot to 798 and free test 149.7! shite works.

I work out in earnest almost daily and I feel even better now.

My blood was tested and found to be low (and my insurance paid for this test). The MD wanted to put me on pellets for $750 twice a year. I was told its that much because "your insurance doesn't cover it."

I went and looked at my policy and found it does cover it. When i brought that to the attention of the MD, they were shocked because "no one's insurance has ever covered it." All it took was under a certain level on two blood tests. My first test was way below that level (I forget what it was.).

A couple days later, MD contacted me and said they cant use my insurance for it because they made a deal with Bio T or whatever company that they wouldnt file it under insurance in order for the clinic to be a preferred provider.

This annoyed me enough to say, "Thanks, but no thanks." I'd like to try it and hear good things from guys my age, but haven't followed up with it by going to a different MD. The situation still annoys the hell out of me. I cant understand how this is a legit things for an MD office to do.

Nutritionist will tell you to eat right and lose 20lbs for 6 weeks before EVEN considering using Testosterone therapy.

I did Keto for over 3 months and Testosterone levels shot up to normal levels.

Did you check with your insurance company to see if you can pay and then file the claim directly?

Look up the side effects of low T. You should be at an appropriate level. High or low are both dangerous. Glad you are taking your health seriously. Getting your T level correct in combination with a healthy diet and exercise can be life changing. I’ve been on the injections for years. Found out about a lot of my levels being off after having my thyroid gland removed. Had to have extensive blood work. Glad I found out early.

You have to force yourself for a week or so. It's not bad after.

This! I workout after work daily. I hit the weights, sometimes I'll do some HIIT. I pack my gym bag every night and go straight to the gym after work. It is a healthy habit along with eating healthy.
