I’m almost 46, energy is gone, about 20lbs overweight, dick not getting rock hard anymore. Thinking about going to get my levels checked. Is it worth the money? Did it help you? Dangers? Any info is appreciated!

If it is low you will feel a whole lot better when it is replaced.

Of course, the biggest change would be to lose the excess weight. Maybe you could do that once you get your T right. It's hard to exercise when you feel like shite all of the time

Questions:

Do you exercise regularly including compound free weight movements?

Do you eat a fairly heathy diet?

How much porn do you watch?

Early 40s, you should still be able to maintain an errection and sling ropes. How bout getting off your arse, put the phone down, and get your manhood back.

I’m no doctor but it seems like introducing testosterone to your body poses a risk of your body stopping production all together and creating a dependency on the “therapy”.

What does that have to do with it? If watching porn deteriorates testosterone, I'm gonna need some testosterone therapy yesterday.

Yes. Having diamond cutters on call at all times is worth whatever you have to pay. Having Thor's hammer at your command is quite the ego boost.

Did it help you?

absolutely. game changer. its better in my mid 30s than it was at 20 when i was at 7% body fat and worked out all the time.

Dangers?

You pretty much can't get off of it once you start. Make sure to follow the rules. Get blood work done OFTEN.

Lets try all the options before we resort to drugs.

Not sure you understand how testosterone treatment works. You don’t get the shots if your levels are normal so creating a “dependency” isn’t really an issue

No, my energy level these days is shite.

Do you eat a fairly heathy diet?

I try during the week but it’s beer and fried foods on the weekend

How much porn do you watch?

I do watch some but it’s not a everyday addiction.

I think it takes a lot of guts, and a very mature emotional makeup, to disucss personal issues such as this with strangers. Men die every day, and suffer from untreated medical issues by the millions, because they are ashamed to speak out. Mostly because they're afraid of getting thoughtless, immature, and unhelpful comments from idiots.

If you can't offer encouragement or constructive advice, keep your mouth shut.

I’m single which is another thing that makes me worry about my T level. I’m single, live in Houston, basically a sea of pussy and I don’t have much urge to go chase it anymore. Where 5 years ago I was non stop trying to stick everything that moved.

Hit the gym and lift weights. Not that pussy ambling on a treadmill while watching The View bullshite. Lift weights. Heavy weights.

Eat Better.

Have lots of sex - either with a partner or by yourself - as much as possible.

Do those things, and you'll feel worlds better than you currently do.

Yep, took steroids periodically in my youth and fricked up my normal production. Started the shot last year and I feel better at 39 than I did at 20 baw.

Mt Dr told me the Low T clinics are a scam.

You can get your level checked on regular blood work
