Serious Question. Does the castle doctrine apply to a boat?
Homicide is justifiable if person present inside motor vehicle is used against a person you reasonably believe that the use of deadly force is necessary to prevent their unauthorized entry
So yes that should be justified as long as motor vehicle includes a boat. And I can’t find anything disagreeing with that definition

If you go to these guys instagram accounts, they are doing stories saying they had just met the guy and had no idea he'd board the boat. They seemed pretty genuine and were in shock
Someone had to maintain vessel position for him to jump to other vessel, I’m calling BS

And none of them did shite. They are culpable.
And..... anytime someone spouts off about their veteran status.... They are getting ready to spread some bullshite. Dudes that are the real deal don't need to pop off about it.

Yes, a vehicle is considered an extension of your home.

About to be lucky 13.
More than likely and when the USCG actually looks at the previous 12 including several DUI’s, he’s probably going to lose his 6 pack.

I would think it would. Regardless, you put the video of that argument in front of a DA with a different ending in which the kid pulls a gun from his seat or gaff from his rod holder and kills the a-hole and no way is he filing murder charges.

He did identify himself as a ranger…that would be plenty of reason to put a bullet in him when both feet hit the deck.

That guy needs to go to jail.

If that was Florida, the “stand your ground” law would justify the kid hitting him with a wireless hole puncher.

I’ve read a few things that said he was in the army, but just a paper pusher and not the “Ranger” he claimed to be.
None of that matters. He was being a huge dick and is going to get what he deserves from the backlash that’s coming his way.
This guy has done the incredible task of uniting all Americans of every political stripe who see this video against him. Truly amazing how he has somehow brought everyone together against him. We should put him on a stamp as the great uniter who taught America how to agree on something again.

Dude’s lucky that kid didn’t bury a Dexter Russell in him. There’s a lot of stabby stuff within arm’s reach on a boat.

Would have been a dead "war veteran" the second he stepped on my boat. What a piece of shite
Posted on 4/3/25 at 6:07 pm to GeauxldMember
Probably some 20 something dudes that did 4 years in the service then quit. Now their life's are shite and that being a fricking former Ranger will keep it afloat or thats all they got in life. Probably were shitty soldiers that hated their leadership and they were always right.

Wierd that he posted a video of himself backing down like a puss

Yup. In Florida, a boat or vessel is considered a conveyance.

I had some clown try to break in front of me in line once at Publix and when I told him to beat it to the back of the line he shouted out "I'm a pilot!!!!!" like that was supposed to impress me or something
You should have told him to fly his arse to the back of the line then.

You couldn't even get on the boat, Chris.
Oh. Well next time I am in a boat, which isn't anything rare for me to do, I will remember some one eye'd poem writer on the OT told me I couldn't get in a boat.
