It's all trashy to someone. But, I'll agree.

Everything is trashy to someone else. I've just accepted the fact that everyone is someone elses trash.

I use edibles or vape, can't stand weed smell.

Hospitals and specialists do not make money when people are healthy. The entire system is setup for them to profit by more meds, testing and procedures regardless of effectiveness.

This. They all work in sales.

I’ve made it to 56 without a regular prescription. Fingers crossed for the future

49 here. No prescription or regular OTC stuff. Take some vitamins every morning, but that's about it. Eat good food. Stay outside. Exercise. Family/friends.

It just strikes me as extremely odd that 70% of Americans "need" to introduce an artificially-created substance into their bodies in order to live a "normal" life.

Direct correlation to our rapid increase in sedentary lifestyles, IMO. Human beings aren't supposed to sit and stare at computer screens for 10+ hours per day.

Oral chemo is the only prescription I have now. Will be taking it for another year, at least. Done with the IV stuff.

mean, daily/monthly birth control is a prescription medication and currently cannot be purchased over the counter. That out of the gate is probably a fair chunk.

Yea, and it’s one of the most unhealthy things a woman can do to her body.

Considering it’s not used for just pregnancy prevention, a lot of women don’t have a choice.

A lot of American’s are only alive because of their insulin or the pills that keep their blood from clogging up with sausage McMuffins.

Get a damn hobby! Go to the gym! There is absolutely zero reason for this statistic to be so high.

There's a myriad of reasons people take prescription meds, good and bad. But it's also likely the sole reason the average US life expectancy is now 77 years old. In 1980 it was 74.

This country is owned by Big Pharma. Everyone on a prescription medication will say the reliance on drugs is bad, but my drug is ok because .
Personally I don't like taking anything besides some vitamins unless I'm actually ill.
