At the start since you were the new resident and he was already there, I thought I might be siding with the neighborhood, but you're right, the neighbor is a prick. The fact that he chooses not to park in his unused drive way is ridiculous. Adding in that he won't even park on the street to avoid blocking your driveway, f that guy
As someone else mentioned as well, especially F him if he is a tow driver out to get people and not a helpful tow driver for breakdowns. I previously live in a place where if you had expired tags or a flat tire they had working relations with tow company to get it towed with in 24-48 hours. I saw so many cars towed, and always two-three cop cars in case the car owner decides to fight back?? Such a scam racket.

This guy is not a reasonable human being, if this was a reasonable person he would have not blocked my driveway ever, he would have simply moved his truck and not blocked my driveway.
It's not the truck, it is his harassment and the only thing I have to fight with is him breaking the law with his truck. I told him if he would leave us alone IDGAF where he parks his truck but he harasses us so it is my stick to use. He yells for use to move if I don't like it EVERY TIME he see's me, screams it from his house. He is a low IQ woman abuser who doesn't pay his child support.
We pulled the video and we do have him calling our kids "those motherfrickers are retarded".

Does he own or rent? He cannot pay rent or a mortgage with no money coming in. A truck that has burned does not have a functional air horn or tow any cars. No towing equals no income equals he will be moving somewhere else.
Have a friend from out-of-town drive by, pour a little gas on it, and chuck a match as they drive away.

Detail and file a complaint in those worthless mother fricking officers. Start treating good citizens with respect maybe we will start defending cops again bc at this point .. they can mostly eat a bag of dicks with they they treat people in BR

It doesn't matter, because when someone parks directly across from a driveway you have to back out of, them having vehicles there are directly your problem, not the problem of someone two houses down.

If he’s driving and towing while intoxicated, that’s against DOT regs. You might have something there. He may be violating others. Dig around state & fed laws. If you find something, report him.

Yes, they can. You can be arrested for Menacing or Malicious Mischief. Both misdemeanors but it's still an arrest that should get his attention.
