It's up now. She clearly says video, but meant audio. She also says it captured the gunfire, followed by the SUV speeding away. This refers to hearing Miss Rice's SUV.

My controversial opinion….
I think the entire state should elect the DA’s and Police Chiefs in any district or parish with more than 200,000 people. In exchange they get additional state tax dollars to boost hiring and clear the cases that they get provided the local government meets a minimum threshold of funding.
Basically Jefferson, EBR, and Orleans only. The state can’t afford for those areas to decline. And a lot of people from outside those districts commute into them.

Suppose it's going slow enough, yes. It's not something I would do but to each his own. Just the same as train jumpers did in the past. One other thing, I am not sure if this still exists, but at one point, you could manually change the sign that told the train to stop. It's most likely been updated since the '70s. He taught me how they switched the sign to stop the train and why they did it.

He must be from Monroe or somewhere with zero nightlife where people don't go out. We find it normal to be out at 2am on a Friday. Thats a very foreign concept to North LA (AKA Arkassippi)

Sometimes we allow them to work, and we try not to discriminate by hotness. Sometimes we allow attractive people to leave their homes outside their normal curfew hours for attractive people.
