I remember when GM put some kinda of lock nut on their tires. Why isn't this practiced more.
I lived in an apartment a couple years ago, leaving for work, saw an ole baw with his truck on blocks. He had lock lugs. They busted out his side window and found the lug tool. He said when they get replaced he wasnt putting the lock lugs back on

This happened to us when I was a kid. We were backpacking in Colorado and a forest ranger asked if we were driving a Ford Galaxy 500. Dad said yes and he told us that all our wheels had been stolen off the car down in the parking area and that it was sitting on cinder blocks. He had to hitchhike into town and get new wheels and tires.

Not bad. I work for a collision center and just ordered 1 22 inch Mercedes AMG rim and it was listed at $2838.00

damn, I had a set of TRD wheels I sold about a year ago.
tires were about done, but could have gotten you by for a little while at least.

Lance: They should be fricking killed. No trial, no jury, straight to execution.
Vincent: Boy, I wish I could've caught him doing it. I'd have given anything to catch that a-hole doing it. It'd been worth him doing it just so I could've caught him doing it.
Lance: What a fricker!
Vincent: What's more chickenshit than fricking with a man's automobile? I mean, don't frick with another man's vehicle.

Do they travel around with a hydraulic jack and cement blocks just looking for their next victim?
You’ll find them at a shop in South Dallas. Look for the Hispanic guy.
But fo real ese’, beaners love them some rims and tires. I’d go shopping in South and tell them what you’re looking for. I’ll bet you could get a shop to say “well, we have these that just came in yesterday .”

Because the tire shop will forget to put the key back and you'll get stuck on the side of the road. Those things suck
You can still get them off without it if you are willing to ruin 4 sockets. It would be noisy for a theft though.
