What part of Dallas are you in?
I'm in Plano now. I moved out of Dallas a couple of years ago. Lakewood is a nice part of town too. I love how all of the people who still live in Louisiana are telling me to go live in a nicer part of DFW

Watch on FB market place. Sometimes you can get deals on getting used a full set of rims on there. Maybe even your old ones.

Toyota factory rims? Those are gonna be expensive. Consider aftermarket rims.

They're gonna tell you that you need 4 new rotors even if you don't.

If he gets the right tow company they will bring some junkyard wheels. Source is personal experience. This happened to my wife and son in his brand new Honda in Houston. It took a call to the dealership to see what tow company they used but we found one with some loaner wheels. Allstate paid full price to the dealer for everything but the car only had like 800 miles on it. Rotors were not damaged but the backing plates were. So wheels, tires, TPMS monitors, backing plates, lugs and labor, full alignment and camera alignment because backing plates require suspension disassembly. The 3 mile tow was about $350 as well. Whole amount charged to insurance was like $5800 IIRC. They had to rent a car to get home. I went back three days later and there were 3 cars sitting on blocks at the dealership. Pretty sure I found the thief on FB marketplace but Houston PD basically laughed at me (as expected)

Where in Dallas did this occur baw

Put about 250 ft-lbs on at least one lug, tighter than can be loosened with a 1/2” drive battery impact.

I'm surprised they robbed one of their own. (Making assumptions based off of your car)

I once had the lug nuts removed from the passenger side wheels outside of my apartment in Dallas.
Apparently, the wood be thieves were afraid of the traffic and decided to take the sidewalk side first but my wife had parked so close to the curb, they couldn't get the wheels off.
Most of the lug nuts were still in the gutter.
