They were spotted at the Garth Brooks concert

Even if she aided his escape, there’s a chance he killed her too.

Why would they go out in public like that?

U.S. Marshals offering $10,000 for info leading to the arrest of the escaped convict. Legend, if you spot him you could use that money to buy all of the weather nerds a RadarScope Pro Tier 2 subscription.

Interesting.

It seems weird that they only had one deputy transporting a capital murder suspect. Seems like a situation for a two man job.
That was my thought as well.
I wonder if she somehow finagled her way into getting the job to drive him to court assuming she's actually involved.

Interesting.
I think she can be involved in the escape AND she can be in imminent danger… Both can be true .

From the first day, it was stated that that’s a violation of policy so she didn’t get that gig.

It wouldn't have taken any finagling. She's the second in command at that county jail. She would have likely been the one making those assignments.

If this is true:
Then this:
shouldn't be much to worry about.
She, a person who knows better than anyone what people like that guy are capable of, willingly made that choice. Just catch him. If she's still alive charge her. If not, chalk it up as a lesson learned.

No, as others have mentioned- even if she planned it with him, there is a high likelihood that he will off her once he gets a certain distance away, or a certain amount of time has passed.. she may be too blinded by love or whatever and not realize it, but he probably knows he’s less likely to be spotted if he’s alone than with her.. hence, she can be involved *and* in danger .

Once they make it to his desired destination, she's dead.

She ain't a smitten teenager. If she facilitated the escape whatever happens after......happens.

So who did this guy supposedly murder?

She supposedly turned in her retirement papers on Thursday
At first, I think this was pointless, but it’s entirely possible that the state of Alabama doesn’t catch this and actually starts paying her pension.

I think his point was that if she is in danger, that’s basically what she gets for helping a guy facing capital murder charges escape.
