Some nerdy looking frat stars. Definitely not how I expected them to look.

Ehh, those things aren't really that accurate, smoking a cigarette can register as alcohol on your breath, same with some foods.

When tested with a Breathalyzer, the air inside the home registered a .01. A score of .08 makes a person legally drunk in the state.
No way.

Air ......... registered on police breathalyzer
Ambient air registered on the machine, was it drunk Judge?

I love how it's ok for police to enter a residence and make everyone take a breathalizer.

I knew a guy that had interlock on his car and it wouldnt start one day because he was eating a honeybun that sat in his truck all day. The bun fermented and made him fail the test

i think all this proves is how grossly inaccurate those things can be.

If air can be 0.01, does this give wiggle room for those busted at 0.08 or 0.09?

A regular honey bun can produce a result as high as .015%. Sitting in the car had little to do with it more than likely.

So could you get buzzed by simply being in the house?
Posted on 12/22/17 at 12:33 pm to High C
Back in my day, the air in my house could get you drunk.

How is that gross? Alcohol is essentially bacteria piss. And most of us love it!
I'm sure a day or two of sugars and wheat fermenting in a plastic wrapper, with the help of a bit of sunlight, isn't really that gross to a non-pussy.

Interlock on his car, and you think it was the honey bun that got him?
MUCH more likely that it was the flask he was hitting every time he pretended to go to the shitter at work.
