That video has absolutely zero to do with slavery.
Also, are we sure he's supposed to be mocking anyone? Looks more like he made a video that he thought would be cool, but to everyone outside of him it just looks weird and cringy.

IDK the context of that video in particular, but I've heard for decades that actual Africans, educated and career driven, come to the USA to study or work and are appalled at the childish, low impulse control 'cousins' and routinely look down on them. The 'cultcha' isn't something that is shared on both sides of the Atlantic.

When I was in grad school, I was put on a project team with three guys from Africa. The things they said about Black Americans would make a Democrat during the Jim Crow era blush. I flat out told them one day I would have to ask the teacher to switch groups if they didn't quit. I was scared someone would hear what they said, then blame me for it. They were cool about it and quit.
