House. The jeep has doors and top off so Ac is no biggie.

Yeah

This effect is pretty difficult to replicate in a car.

My AC went out last July and could not be fixed for four nights.

I'm soft but I need AC in the house.

Yeah, my car never stops moving from point A to point B, and I don't know what a traffic jam is. If my car isn't parked in a garage, then I always find a shade tree to park it under.

I had the AC go out in my truck once. Then I bought a new one with functioning AC. Would do the same for house.

interesting to hear most of your reasonings. living in chicago, I'd go with car. during traffic jams in the summer, which are the norm here, I absolutely need AC in my car. i can't stand the thick air in the car, and feel like I'm about to pass out

in the house, a fan pointed at me with the windows open is sufficient

I've gone without both at one time or another. As soon as it went out at home I was willing to spend whatever it took to fix it.

Bull fricking shite. Ain't nobody sleeping when it's still 80 degrees with 70% humidity at night. Nasty.

This is one of the dumbest questions I've seen on here

Only to be followed by an even dumber answer by the OP who posed the question

I spent a few days without AC in my car about a decade ago, in Phoenix, in July. I was commuting from Scottsdale to Gila Bend for work. It was 115-118 every single day. So hot I had to drive without a shirt on and drank a whole gallon of water on the 90 mile commute. Miserable.

I spent a few days without AC in my condo a few years back. High temps around 94 inside, low temps around 88 at night. Miserable.

I'll take AC in the house 10/10 times because it is near impossible to fall asleep and stay asleep with no AC and temps above 87 degrees.

I guess really it depends where you are. In the south you need ac in the house. My brother had an apartment in California the did not have ac, but it never got all that hot there.
