That's why my wife bought a Traverse.. Has all the bells and whistles of the Tahoe and actually more sq feet on the inside, but 20k cheaper...

I was gonna shite all over this claim but after researching... it would appear the two vehicles do compare rather similarly other than the tahoe's obviously wider "shoulder room" of a few inches.

I'm not surprised at all. I see the incomes and car notes of bunches of people and I don't understand how they do it.

I see home health nurses making $9/hour with a $600 car note. that's just dumb on the buyer's part and predatory on the seller.

And to think there's only about 1.4 million active military personnel

It is ok to finance a car. However, when you finance a brand new $50k SUV or pickup that you can't afford...

Hope that was sarcasm. They missed only 1 paycheck and was paid in full for their 35 day vacation.

Hard to see why that would cause them to be behind 3 months.

New cars are not affordable to most people. But, they still buy them with borrowed money that they cannot afford to repay.

No lie, I was standing in line at a Subway and the cashier was talking to a coworker about how she was going to buy her man either a camaro or a charger this weekend. She must be financing it for 108mos

My wife's friend just bought a new Yukon, one level below the Denali.. Her car note is over 750 a month...

Good thing she's a CRNA....

Doesn't seem very intelligent. Her car cost more than what she makes in a year.

I'm in the six figs and the most expensive vehicle I've bought to date is less than 30k. If that's what someone wants to spend a good portion of their monthly income on though, go for it.
