One other thing, I’m not an attorney but he should look into illegal state action by the use of law enforcement etc.

I've always assumed that the hitch to bars standing up would be that the distributors would eventually stop selling to them since they no longer possess a license.

It was thoroughly discussed when the LA Legislature petitioned to end the State of Emergency.
The force and effect of law part was the technicality used to throw out the petition. Not sure how far they've gotten on a new petition also signed by the LA Senate.

I knew he was full of bull. Like I said, it’s unconstitutional and I’d precede to sue the state for a violation of the federal constitution and seek redress for the use of coercion to violate my civil rights if I was the bar owner. Every state and local law enforcement involved may have violated this man’s civil rights. The continual appearance by authorities will surely be seen in the proper light.

We are nine months into this thing and life is mostly back to normal outside of these episodes of executive overreach.
We can handle policy changes through the legislature and give the people something of a voice in how we want our government to look in 2021.

(K) Other Powers and Duties. The governor shall have other powers and perform other duties authorized by this constitution or provided by law.
