I keep saying this. I know people who affect leaving their house except to go get groceries. They skipped out on coming over for new years, didn't go to their family's for the holidays yet I saw the wife in the dollar store.
That's likely the dirtiest place.
Yes it's odd to me that large places are open yet small struggling places are restricted.
The long term effects of this haven't been realized by already we've lost so many businesses.

Oddly appliance repair requires no license at all. Just insurance which in 11 years no customer has ever asked for, just other business entities.
License side the only certificate I can think of needing is the license to buy refrigerant, but the stuff fridges use you can buy over the counter in any auto parts store. So it's really an industry that locally requires no license at all.
Yet in some states, like California you have to be an electrician first to be an appliance repairman.

I got to talk to him last night about the thread and he busted out laughing and said I read that shite, it’s funny as hell. He said he’s gonna keep on fighting the good fight. I DJ’d in welsh last night at the other bar here in town and man it was PACKED! we did it big as frick.
ETA: Bar owner from Lake Arthur took my number because they are going to open as well and wants me to DJ there as well. I hope we start getting news coverage would be great for my buisness

I agree. I’m glad he’s taking a stand. If more people did this, the courts would get tired of this and shut down JBE’s unconstitutional behavior.

He says “We are innocent until proven guilty” so we can continue to operate.
So the guy who is arrested for his third DWI and has his license revoked can still drive until proven guilty or the other guy who refuses to pay car insurance can still drive until proven guilty or is this a free country and his freedom is being taken away. Those game wardens who confiscate your gun when you are caught spotlighting deer; they are violating your right to hunt and you can still hunt until you are proven innocent.

Well the problem with your example is he broke an unlawful mandate enacted by a wannabe dictator and the others broke actual laws that were passed through legislation.
