I think you misunderstood what I was saying. The US media has spent years demonizing any AR platform as a “weapon of war” or “assault rifle” or a “machine gun” that should never be allowed in civilian hands…yet here when it suits their purposes of dragging the US into another war, they call it a “hunting rifle”

You would be wrong. While I'm most certainly on the right of the traditional American political spectrum, I'm willing to admit that the right has its own propaganda. Moreover, while I'm sure that I'm guilty of lapping some of it up, I find the "hot chick" propaganda to be particularly cringeworthy.
