That seems like a lot of work.
Marriage is work.
Those who don't want to work will end up paying a higher premium than those who do.
The old adage, "it's cheaper to keeper." Yeah, it's fricking true.

Wait so you have to do all this extra stuff just so she doesn't cheat on you?
If you think this stuff is "extra" then she is likely already cheating on you.

I've let it go. Her past is her past. I knew about it before I entered into marriage. Doesn't make it easy. Or right.

Here are 5 tips that, based upon my intensive research have helped even the most stressful marriage on the brink of divorce to being love birds again, even going so far as to tearing and shredding up the pre-nup.
1. Helping with housework without being asked is as romantic as bringing her flowers.
2."Little gestures” create a loving atmosphere.
3. Tender words and gentle hugs without sexual overtures are vital.
4. Letting her know she’s more important than everything makes her feel special.
5. Talking and sharing are crucial to a lively relationship.
Change starts from within and it starts with you. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Or you could just dump that needy count and go find yourself someone who enjoys you for being you and doesn't feel a need to turn you into that guy that dumped her in collage that she just knew she was going to marry and live happily ever after with.

It took me a while to realize the special person God put in my life. Besides my brother, my wife is the only person living that I know has been 100% in my corner. Whatever problems we've had were my fault. As I've matured, so has our marriage.

Uh, Billy Joel explained this 30 years ago
quote:
Tell her about it
Every day before you leave
Pay her some attention
Give her something to believe
'Cause now and then
She'll get to worrying
Just because you haven't spoken
For so long
Though you may not have done anything
Will that be a consolation when she's gone

If you're not doing all of those things to begin with, you are a worthless husband.

He did create a daughter with her though. Unfortunately, that daughter took almost all of his likeness.
