1. Helping with housework without being asked is as romantic as bringing her flowers.
Why should I do work I am paying a maid to do?

2."Little gestures” create a loving atmosphere.
Like a fart?

3. Tender words and gentle hugs without sexual overtures are vital.
WTF is a "tender word"? If I'm giving a hug, I am damn sure I'm going to work in a feel.

4. Letting her know she’s more important than everything makes her feel special.
More important than EVERYTHING?
Please confirm to everyone that someone hijacked your TD account. Or did your wife figure out who you are on here and force you to copy this post here?

Bill Burr said it best. Women are children. They never grow up. The only reason any of that works is because they are too lazy to do anything themselves. They are manipulative and have no desire to push themselves. Also weak biceps and shoulders

Then you are likely too selfish to have a successful marriage.

You lost me at "tearing up pre-nup".
And what is she going to do to help with the struggle?

No amount of small gestures or doing the dishes will help two people that are wrong for each other, or have grown apart. Just saying.
Your suggestions are good for people who actually belong together though. There’s work to be done on both sides of the marriage.

You forgot to add "don't act like a pussy and kiss her arse or she'll cheat on you with Chad who refuses to listen to her terrible stories."

Blowjobs. Key to marriage. Once they stop it's over.

6. Stop watching porn or at least cut back severely. You'll be amazed at the differences in just your every day habits.
7. Come home and offer to cook dinner.
8. Give the kids to Grandma and have an actual date night. Buy tickets to that thing she likes.
9. Text her during the day just a quick "I appreciate XYZ that you're doing, love you" they eat that shite up

I like to give her back massages, but the Peptides make me want to have sex.
There's your problem. Wives don't want their husbands using cheap foreign Cialis knockoffs, which could be incrementally poisoning you. Wives want you to buy the name brands at full price, and then take them so she can tell you no, leaving you stiff and cold on your side of the king bed.

If my wife wanted a cuck she would have married one. Gotta keep them guessing baw.

Also, do not leave your phone laying around on accident opened to Tinder or Bumble
Lock your phone and set notifications to not show up on lock screen. If you're married I would suggest not having either app though...all it takes is someone who knows her to see you on there.
Also buy her diamonds. Not cheap jewelry, actual real diamonds. Spend at minimum a few hundred dollars. I did this for my gf of 5 years when things got a bit stale and she threw it on me like she hadn't since our first year of dating. You always have to pay for pussy.

Judgment free zone here. You do not have to self-identify. I've seen a good number of posts recently (and throughout a quick search of TD OT history) that indicate that many married men in here, myself excluded, are struggling to find relations once again with their wife. The battle cry I often read is that "it's gone." Stresses of work, different priorities, after school activities, a male co-worker, Chad (and not our Chad504), who suddenly best friend's with your wife, weight gain or bellying up to the bar at Hooters can all wreak havoc on getting her engine up and running for you. Here are 5 tips that, based upon my intensive research have helped even the most stressful marriage on the brink of divorce to being love birds again, even going so far as to tearing and shredding up the pre-nup. 1. Helping with housework without being asked is as romantic as bringing her flowers. 2."Little gestures” create a loving atmosphere. 3. Tender words and gentle hugs without sexual overtures are vital. 4. Letting her know she’s more important than everything makes her feel special. 5. Talking and sharing are crucial to a lively relationship. Change starts from within and it starts with you. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Look, you can make all the changes you want but the bottom line is if your SO doesnt want to have sex with you she will find an "excuse". If you do these 5 things I promise you there will be more things in the way that will not allow the "loving atmosphere" to flourish. Sure there may be a moment or 2 along the way, but dont expect it to last. Been there, done that.
TLDR- If your SO wants to have a loving relationship with you she will make it a priority no matter what you do. If she doesnt, there is nothing you can do.

Get the frick outta here with this shite...imagine there being a thread on Pinterest titled "5 tips for married women to help with a struggling marriage". That shite will never happen.
When I was engaged/newly married, my mom bought me a Dr. Laura book called "The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands." LINK The basic gist was "don't be a nagging bitch. Your husband doesn't want to work all day and then come home to you being a slag. He will feel like you care if you fix him dinner and act pleasantly. In turn, you'll be happier because he's happy."
Despite the source, it's not bad advice. It didn't really save my marriage, but yeah.

I used to think this way. Thank goodness I dont anymore. And, lo and behold, the intimacy in my marriage is better than ever at 10 years. And yes, I had years where it was bad, like many describe here. I believed what you wrote above in those years. I stopped believing that, and my marriage changed.
