Too many GDCKs. The OT would never make it.

Try GDDBRs. Seriously, I'd love to have this place, having practically lived in Big Bend for years.( Three or four trips a year for close to 20 years or so)

If it were next to the Solitario, there're good fresh water aquifers near by.
Also does it come with all mineral rights?

I browse Lands of Texas like porn. The Brewster Ranch has been listed for years.

Someone cobbled together more than they can sell together.

Very little water, no mineral rights, so it's basically an extremely large private land preserve.

Does it come with a private militia to keep the illegals from inundating the place?

Put me down for 1 acre. $632 might not get me a blade of grass where I’m living now

If you can afford $268m you can afford to build a wall for your border coverage.

If we all buy it make sure we can put a casino on the edge but within our acreage.

Need to name it FAFO

Wonder how explored it is? Any alien crashes? Any buried Aztec gold? Over/under buried bodies.

Very cool, but how in the hell do you know where the property lines are? GPS coordinates? I would imagine that keeping trespassers off your land would be damn near impossible.

We could put a Buk-IIs Super Mercado on there and make a killing feeding the border crossers.

Bad land. No one wants it for a reason. Can’t ranch it. Can’t farm it. Hunting can’t be that great. You’re entirely too far from civilization. Too close to Mexico. I’m out.

Give me a large plantation in the southeast somewhere stocked with whitetail, fishing options, pastures, pine plantations and hardwood forest then I’m in.

424,000 acre

For the Yankees on here, that is well over half the size of Rhode Island.
