The amount of people I know taking these drugs is staggering. When it eventually gets cut off, people are gonna be in for a rude awakening.

Me too. I am on Mounjaro.

Down to 178 this morning.

Rolling to taking it every other week or so now. 180 was my goal. No sagging skin. No clown face. I get plenty of steps and cardio between work and a 10 year old boy.

Clinical trials show that 30 percent of patients experience diarrhea on Wegovy, compared to 16 percent on the placebo, according to the drug's prescribing information.

I don't think EVERYONE with diarrhea is shitting the bed. At least I hope that's not the case.

I'm not on Ozempic, but I've had diarrhea a few times. I can't recall ever shitting the bed simply because of it.

Topped out at 223. Started about 9-10 months ago.

Blood work came back pre diabetic. Doctor prescribed.

Boom. Done. Blood work has come back better and numbers are down.

Are you at the highest dose, but only taking it every other week? And congrats. The Ozempic/Wegovy storyline of 2023 has been one of the most amazing to watch unfold. I know probably 10 people on it right now, all of which are shedding weight.

A few will relapse because they aren't exercising while on it, nor are they changing their eating habits and lifestyle, but most are now running, working out, etc. and preparing for their post-wegovy life so that they can maintain the weight loss.

I learned it here too a few weeks ago. I've seen the commercials on TV but I never knew what the medication was for. I saw the article I posted in the OP on Twitter.

First Olean, then Alli, and now Ozempic. It’s hard to be lazy and thin.

How about you stop concerning yourself with other people’s medical decisions that don’t affect you.
