I can’t blame them one bit. With everything going on in cities across the country I believe we are about to see a white flight From major cities the likes we’ve never seen.

The white flight is usually middle class and working poor, and many have already left the large cities. If many of the remaining ones leave, then you’ll have a small population of extremely wealthy whites and large population of extremely poor blacks, which ironically will resemble the pre-civil war plantations.

Bunch of fricking snowflakes. How dare the public question our practice.

But we noticed a significant increase in the homelessness and cleanliness problem in the city in all neighborhoods (not just midtown). We had not been there together in about 4 years - but we stayed in the same neighborhood as we usually do. It was an obvious decline from just 4 years ago. City leadership has failed that town, and I'm very concerned that it's been in decline for a while and will continue a downward trajectory. A shortage of law enforcement will only make those problems worse.

That’s not a policing issue. People don’t seem to want to actually address the root causes of most crime (petty, non-violent for the most part). They want a police state FORCING people to toe the line because of the consequences. They don’t want solutions to homelessness (much of it mental health related), uncleanliness (infrastructure), petty theft etc (lack of true job opportunity and education). They want band-aid approaches, mostly because they fear “socialism” and don’t want anything infringing upon dear old capitalism because they have theirs and don’t think it fair anyone get help if they didn’t.

Police are necessary for violent crimes yea. Low level shite should be the domain of other agencies that don’t necessarily exist right now.

People are tired of Judge Dredd policing.

What is true job opportunity? And where is there an inability to be educated in the United States?

You're almost too stupid to breathe. You claim you don't want policing but you're a socialist - the very system that requires massive amounts of policing in every segment of citizens' lives in order to sustain itself.

Yeah therein lies the problem. Lots of mental health issues aren’t fixable. Once people go off the deep end they’re gone.

No, there’s a certain segment of society that applauds this, especially in music. There are opportunities for jobs and education everywhere if you can somehow manage to act like a civilized adult.

What would these other agencies do different than police now? Will they be issued a gun? Or will they just have to hope and trust that none of the criminals will try to hurt them?

No, the "Press" is the issue. The press is carrying water for the socialist agenda being pushed by the globalists. The globalists win when the Us is divided. I know its a novel idea "Divide and conquer"

All I will say is this is why we have the 2nd Amendment. At the end of the day, YOU are responsible for your safety and protection.

Frick the cops.
Defund the cops.
Disband all police.
We don’t want cops at our ‘peaceful protest’
7 people get shot and or die at said ‘peaceful protest’

Then it’s where were the police at. Why are they not out here. It’s there fault this happened.

I’m quite certain you are one of these people.

Quick question, how many unarmed blacks do you think died at the hands of cops last year?

What stance are you taking on the gentleman that lost his life to protestors while defending a store? Is his life less worthy of a conversation?
I’m not at all going to say that losing a life to a cop is ever completely justified, but I refuse to claim that someone who is getting involved with an arrest, etc that his life was more important than the literal hundreds of lives murdered every day that you NEVER hear a peep about
A three year old was caught in the crossfire the other day and literally no person made any protest, etc about this
So, George Floyd’s life was more important to you than this completely innocent three year old?

It’s way lower than the number of police killed by armed black men.
