Great. So the cops that are actually capable of doing other jobs will move on, and we’ll be stuck with losers that can’t get any other job. Basically opposite of what is needed to reform .

Most members of the “community” get along just fine with cops because they have the moral compass not to break the law. It’s.a particular subsection of the “community” that has no respect for the rest or any respect for law enforcement that’s the problem. I’m not saying that there aren’t bad cops. I’m saying that, by and large, most members of society don’t seem to be having any issues with police.

except thats not police brutality. how many of those cases were unwarranted deaths. I'm sure some absolutely were some bs killings and those cops paid the price and are in prison. It happens, whether by mistake or by someone not suited for the job, but there is not sufficient evidence to state that there is a police brutality issue for blacks or any race.
