Wow. They're gonna get canceled so fast telling people to not march for pride.

These guys were great until they sold out and went commercial on their second album.

Obscurest Vinyl is legit. A dude actually writes the lyrics, the music and vocals are AI generated. He’s the only one consistently pumping out good oldies parody songs. The rest suck.

if you play the first track backwards you can clearly hear "milo's dead" repeated over and over

Not a fan of this AI experiment.

Just tried listening to a couple of songs. The music sucks, and the lyrics definitely suck.

Yet another reason to own your music. Buy the albums from the bands you like, it's not that hard.
A few years ago I stopped buying "digital albums" entirely and went back to buying CDs.

I started a Packers group here and every week I do the same thing...I write the lyrics for the upcoming game and have AI generate the vocals and music. And then we play it at the bar in the second half. It's fun.

ETA: I'm working on a parody of Kenny Chesney's "I Go Back", changing it to "Yell Go Pack"

The music is OK. Sounds like a good blend of every band that everyone likes.

It’s okay, liberals won’t allow this band to exist anymore anyway; they’ll be cancelled in no time.

If a song is good why do I care if it was written by AI? On a similar note, if everyone else is losing their job to AI why should musicians be any different?

And you are right, they don't show them in the previous pics where they are "playing" the instruments.

Overall weird story.

I can almost guarantee it’s just people being curious about AI.

AI is definitely here to stay, but as far as creating art or performances of any kind (sports included), it won’t last.

An iPhone can destroy Magnus Carlsen in a chess match, but no one wants to watch two iPhones duke it out in chess. Same with football. Robots will never replace humans. I can’t think of anything less appealing than robots playing for a national championship.

500k monthly listeners is a shite ton, but most of those people are just curious, IMO.
