What city? Is it a sanctuary city or the new term they use "welcoming city"?

Right, but the only way they were infected was someone brought it into the country.
Either an international traveler or an immigrant.

Lancaster County
The fact that they won't say anything about the victims, immigration status or age, does tend to point to one of the protected classes.
Of course, any searches will immediately point to Trump & RFK pushing to reduce the number of vaccines in children, and ignore the fact that even if they were trying to discontinue the measles vaccines, those changes would not have impacted any of these individuals as this is a recent change that has not gone into effect yet, and does not remove measles vaccine from the recommended vaccine list.

Dude. The anti-public health movement in right-wing America will make Americans the disease carrying people that others keep out. That is the fact.

The right wingers love to blame immigrants when they refuse to take responsibility for their own actions in this context.

Medical privacy would keep them from naming the person. Stating they are white, black, hispanic, asian.... and between the ages of 5-10, early teens, in their 20s ,30s.... would still maintain the privacy of the individuals.
