For general data released publicly, no.
When you're releasing a much smaller set of data that could easily identify the individuals, that's a different deal. It's releasing under the threshold of what's minimally necessary under HIPAA.

The only fact is that there are consequences for lambasting the world with a hybrid flu, quarantining children and families to their homes, and forcing a technology based "vaccine" on us all. Did you think there would be none?
Last i checked, while the right wing shares culpability, Fauci and his cohorts aren't right wing. Plenty of blame to be placed but not at the foot of Americans standing their ground against medical fallacies. We were duped and many refuse to allow it to happen again even if overreacting about vaccines. Many will never trust science without pause again. And rightfully. It's a subject(all fields) where untruth, or flat out wrongs, have become the bar. On par with history in terms of grains of salt.

It's a relevant question, but not the only relevant question, in my opinion. For good reasons or bad, there will always be people who can't or won't be vaccinated against a particular malady. The smaller the unvaccinated population is, the safer they are. As that population grows, they become progressively less safe.

Except nobody is asking you to trust a new vaccine. People expect you to trust a proven vaccine (MMR) that has been around for over 50 years. Hell, the first measles vaccine is like 60 years old - well before any recent administration had any say in who/how/what vaccines should be recommended.

I think this is my biggest frustration with the recent "anti-science" trend. I have no issue with people questioning everything they are told; my issue is that most people don't actually take the hundreds upon hundreds of hours that would be required to educate themselves on the relevant subjects. They just jump to "well, if I can't believe them on everything, then I don't believe them on anything". Now, does that mean that they will occasionally be right when everyone else was wrong? Sure. But it means they will be wrong when everyone else is right far, far more often.
