Like most plane crashes, they occur during takeoff or landing and probably didn't have time or elevation to jump. Looks like an airfield with hangers in the vid. Probably stalled upon takeoff.

Weather looks perfect, almost certainly another maintenance issue.

If carriers had the same lax maintenance that exists in small air nobody would ever fly anywhere.

They might have been killed or at least knocked unconscious by the impact of the crash even before the plane hit the ground.
