re: Songs about Alabama. Nominations and ranking.

Birmingham's Southside mentioned in the opening lyric. I don't think the song is necessarily about Alabama specifically, but more of making fun of those pushing religion.

The government just doesn't want you to gather and do you own thing.
My sympathies to you and your family.
Reading about him makes me wish he hadn't been a lurker. Probably would have provided some much needed sanity to this website.
May he rest in peace.

government-ordered murder.
If you don't trust your government with a fricking covid vaccine, you shouldn't trust them to know that they're executing the right person.
A death penalty conviction is done by a guilty conviction from a cast of jurors, not the "government".
If anything its the "government" that reduces the chance of execution through liberal soft judges and the hideous decades' long of dragging out an actual execution through attorneys, etc.

Thanks for giving us the heads up about this.
That's not street justice, that's sand justice.

Part of the rankings is "access to health care"
What does that really mean?
Rural areas don't have hospitals? What state's rural areas has a proliferation of rural hospitals?
Is this some affordability issue? should states be handing out free needles to homeless drug addicts?
Is this some implied racism, where blacks don't think they can get medical help if needed?

A heart attack at 53 just doesn't sound right. He should have been having regular checkups and his doctors would know his heart condition..
I had him on some fantasy baseball teams of mine in the past. Always a solid player.
RIP, sir.

I think Bama might be like the leaves in early December, past peak.
We need a quick turn around to avoid a disastorous finish

On a baseball field?
What are they gonna do? Have those silly fence links making up the outfield wall?
What about the infield with grass/ dirt?

Palesin comparison to his 1960s decade worth of efforts... getting JFK assassinated, bunch of liberal great society garbage that most definitely was the beginning of the end of American dominance and greatness, and add in the Vietnam conflict.

CNN labeled the perpetrator as an "Atlanta man"
It's the Northeast, of course its super crowded.
Which one will be the bestest puppet for the Democratic Party?
That's who will get pushed over the line and win.

I wish Rodney would have never run.
Or the guy never filmed it and turned it over to the authorities.
He had just bought his camcorder a month before the 1991 incident.
You never saw the events that led up to the Rodney King beating.
I can't believe the Democrats can't find a way to have one of these grocery stores open up and have it appear to be successful, all the while some clandestine NGO will fund its existence., just to show how well this works.

If you were doing parlays, you definitely were addicted
And it is extremely frustrating.
I saw one guy lose his s*** when a team back door covered a line when it cost him a loss on a 5 game parlay..
Literally the team scored a meaningless like 50 yard TD with under a minute to go to cover a 20 point spread.
Lol
