34° at the closest station, first time it has been above freezing today, but hung around 31/32 most of the afternoon. It is raining lightly and should warm more into the night. (North AL)

Damn, glad y’all are okay!

I agree, these measurements are way off. We probably have 5 or 6 inches of sleet on the ground right now. “Second wave” is coming soon…

Still high 50s in Delisle. We're getting the cold tomorrow.

Hopefully the cold doesn't hit quite as hard as they're saying.

It was DUMPING sleet earlier. I’m just grateful it was sleeting for hours before the rain started. It allowed us to have a few more hours of power before trees started snapping like toothpicks

At the risk of sounding ignorant, I’m wondering why the temperature is going up and down in unusual ways with this one. Like going up late at night, back down during the day, etc. is it because the frontal boundary is sort of snaking over us as opposed to just passing by as usual?

Don’t yall get 20-30 inches a year?

Both Louisville and Lexington only average around 12-13 inches a year (EKU typically sees more).

We were already at 10 inches before this weekend for the season.
