Can we get a little optimism around here?
Defense is primed:
We finally got rid of Pete C:
Derek Carr has got to perform this year. No more excuses and Allen know this will make or break him being fired. We're in playoff mode from the start this year.
We're playing the Panthers in the dome this Sunday! PLUS cowboys next week. Let see if we can make the analysts look stupid and win the next few games!

This is the least excited I've been for the start of NF ever. Reminds me of early 2000's. I do believe that the game Sunday against the Panthers will be one of the 5 games that Saints will win this season.

I'll be happy to watch football again and will be cheering for them.
But Dennis Allen's teams are just boring as shite, not particularly good, and it just isn't enjoyable football to watch.
He isn't a good HC, and the roster/cap situation is pretty bad.
This won't be a fun team most of the time.

Seats can be had for $21 in the terrace and under $100 in the plaza. No better sign for season ticket holders that your investment went to shite.
The only value tickets are Eagles where their fanbase will make the trip and turn the Dome green like the Lions fans did last year. If we lay an egg Sunday, Broncos fans will do the same thing.

Dennis Allen is a defensive head coach thus he's usually putting a good defensive product out there.
We have a new offensive mind in town, we do have some nice offensive pieces to work with. We do have some glaring issues that we are hoping can be bandaged up well enough to put out a pretty decent offensive product. Taysom is exciting. kamara is good for his hit and miss production. Olave will have decent numbers. Need Sheed to stay on the fricking field. I think Carr is being underrated at this point by most saints fans.
Most fans are acting like brats imo. Things are what they are for now.

We know what’s coming. We’ll watch and be Saints fans for life, but it’s hard to get excited or be hopeful at this point.
