aints are not planning to replace OC Pete Carmichael Jr. or any other assistants beyond Dan Roushar at this point, per sources. Although the team knows it needs to be better on offense, they believe in Carmichael and his track record. Adding to offensive staff still possible.

I expected Saints to make bigger changes on offense, but this does fall in line with what Dennis Allen and Mickey Loomis have consistently preached about valuing stability in key roles over making emotional decisions.

Bouncing back from 7-9 seasons in the past surely a factor.

Dear fricking God these people are idiots. The secret sauce was Sean and Brees. They're gone...quit trying to chase a fricking formula you no longer have the key ingredients to. frick

This is an organization that went all-in on the '22 season with a bunch of moves that all turned out to be bad ones. They can't turn back now so they're having to live with it. It's past the point of needing a new OC, needing a new this, or a new that. We need new everything, everywhere. New players, new coaches, new management. From the trade up for Olave, to signing a bunch of geriatric LSU guys, to hiring Dennis Allen, to re-signing Jameis...just fricking terrible. Then you throw in giving away the best nickel in the league for practically nothing like he's some kind of scrub. Bad.

All.

Of.

It.

So this, coupled with the Russian Roulette that fans have to play with their parked vehicles while attending the game should do wonders for season ticket renewals.

Accountability starts at the top. This Franchise has no vision and no guidance from an owner. She defers to Lauscha and Mickey. Their leadership and ideas have gotten stale and Gayle has no long term plan for righting the ship. She's leaned on and deferred everything to those two to the point she can't get rid of them.

A good owner has a plan and a vision for what they want and they go out and hire a President and GM who can operationally install that vision. We don't have that owner who's going to act if the vision isn't being met.

I hope the folks on the side of me decide not to renew as I could use 2 more tickets. I am not happy about retaining Carmichael but I will still be in that # come fall

I'm pretty surprised they are going this way and I cannot understand Loomis' thinking here.

frick this entire organization

They don’t give a shite about putting a winning product on the field. It’s just a good ole boys club, just like the rest of New Orleans.

As long as he doesn't return to the OC role that's fine with me.

You think he's moving to tight ends coach? Of course he staying as OC.

They must be fully committed to tanking in 2023. Actually that’s the best decision.

Saints are now repeating the post-Mora era. Clueless owner and GM.

We'll probably trade the first we get for Payton for some shitty QB like Justin Fields.
