Selling low is how you get where we got.

Technically, poor drafting and asinine trades are how the Saints got here. This would just be a continuation of the asinine trades since they should have done this before this year's draft.

Sadly, unless Loomis is gone, the asinine trade will just lead to more poor drafting.

Who have we sold low on? Not selling at all and overpaying guys is how we got here.

Olave will have negative value next year with a base salary of over $15 million. We’d be lucky to get more than a 5th rounder for him unless he agrees to a team friendly deal to the other team in the trade.

We are on the same page on Vele. I guess the only hope we have w Olave is getting a conditional pick back if he doesn't have another concussion in the next 2 years. That's another aspect of me just wanting to trade him while his IQ is still slightly above 65.

You trade anybody that can return value, period, and trade them right now, even it is to the Giants.

We won’t match his salary demand and he will walk. May as well get some value for him now and before he gets his bell rung again.

Agreed. If we're in a total rebuild, then rebuild. Start stockpiling what you can get with these assets.

Olive is not doing the Saints any favors making himself a desired trade asset. He's not reliable, and seems to be playing scared for the next big hit.

Way too many dropped passes.

I would however listen to calls for Kamara. Not that we could get much in return but if we could get a 5th or 6th I'd take it.

IMO Miller is ready to take the full load and I want to see more of Neal. He looked pretty good in the first game but we haven't seen him again so far.

Not really.

Anyone can get injured at any point.

IMO his "Injury history" with the Saints was more of mismanagement by the prior staff.

Kamara has an injury history too, so that's a wash

teams who think he could be a piece to help contend & be part of the future will give something for him.

Look at what buffalo did for amari cooper 2025 3rd round at the age of 30

I think you would probably get a 3rd and a 4th or 5th for olave.

I said since he was drafted that he.was too small and weak.
