Did he also have a fully repaired knee and collarbone to go with gimpy hammy?

Speaking of injury risks, Tyson has some durability concerns, but nothing like a knee or anything.

False

"Jordyn Tyson, selected 8th overall by the Saints in the 2026 NFL Draft, has a significant injury history headlined by a major multi-ligament knee tear (ACL, MCL, and PCL) suffered as a Colorado freshman in 2022, which sidelined him for the 2023 season."

The best "ability" is "availability". Hope it works out for the Saints, but the move just seems extremely risky given the injury history.

He played on the knee in 2023, 2024, and 2025 with no issues. This is a stupid fricking take.

He played on it and had a 1000 plus yard season. So no it isn’t false.

The pattern that caused the knee is a concern. Put your head in the sand if you want.

There is a reason Ja'Mar Chase had specialized training specifically to not move like that

We all know how this ends. The Saints medical staff cant rehab to save their lives. So Mickey drafts a WR thats been hurt several times in college and passes on a sure thing safety. You could have paired Shough with his old team mate WR I. The 2nd round and had a stud safety in the 1st.

We changed much of prevention etc when Kellen was hired

Nick said we had near fewest soft tissue injuries in the league last year

Why would you melt over the best WR in the draft.

I thought he had injury problems and isn’t that big/physical?
• 2022 (at Colorado): Torn ACL, MCL, and PCL in his left knee, which caused him to miss most of 2023 with minimal production.
• 2024: Fractured collarbone, missing the final two games.
• 2025: Hamstring strains (reportedly to both legs), missing the final three games of the regular season; this also prevented him from participating in drills at the NFL Combine or Arizona State’s Pro Day.

I should say his physicality isn’t the best. Lacks toughness and durability during a 17 game season. It’s a gamble for sure. The best ability is availability.

Pretty much average size for the nfl. Slightly lighter, but slightly taller. 6'0", 200 lbs. is what I was seeing for the average.

F Bunch, I rarely post, but had to log in here and tell you what you are doing is textbook "i told you so", and nothing else, regardless of the logic you try to apply to the pick. No one gives a shite you had info when the pick sucked in the bigger picture - you are begging someone to tell you had the inside info. WR has big injury history. We are likely on hook w Olave, like it or not. Olave has injuries in recent past. Do not go get another of the ilk. This was not the right pick. Defense, defense, defense. Or more sub-500 seasons

Total waste of a pick. They had better nail the rest of the draft.

In Houston they thought he might go to the Giants ahead of us and thought that would be scary for the rest of the league.

I don't keep up with things like I used to, not that I knew anything, but sounds like plenty thought this would be a good pick at this point and we needed something like this.
